I preserve your breastmilk in a way that allows me to make a timeless piece of jewelry that will last you a lifetime. A symbol of our journey as breastfeeding moms, a journey filled with sleepless nights and countless quiet moments staring into the eyes of our babes. I feel these Milk Charms capture the bond of mother and child. Breastfeeding has become a huge part of my life as a mom. Everyone's breastfeeding experience is different, just like Milk Charms, no two are exactly alike. They range in color from a cream to a more pearly white, and even the translucency can vary. Whitney Caudill has continued to reach out to my clients. She formed a GROUP of hate and lies. I have other screenshots sent to me, but I will not go public with those out of keeping them anonymous. This was just one comment posted publicly on a previous post, stating her interaction with this woman
I have banned Whitney Caudill not out of guilt but out of necessity

I have nothing to hide. I have owned up to my wrongs. Her and her group do not want to stop

She continues to spread lies about me and my business publicly forcing me to make this statement to address this all

I haven't posted in a long time. I have been working to do what needed to be done. She forced me with her threats and lies

If anyone else wants to keep threatening me unjustly, I will continue to make posts. This will be the only way to shed light on what I have been dealing with.
I have closed my business.
I have admitted that I handled that closing wrong with lack of communication and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
These women are joining a hate train and out for a dime

Another woman who is threatening to have her LAWYER CONTACT ME.
I MADE, REFUNDED SOME OF HER ORDER, AND HONORED HER ORDER FROM 2020, 5 YEARS AGO.
She came at me very rude claiming I sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS
I sent her proof that it was shipped to the correct address on file and she is now claiming that I need to refund her even more money because USPS LOST HER PACKAGE

ladies when I say im done being nice IM DONE

I am so sorry to my clients about the inconvenience and drama that has unfolded.

If any of you have been contacted by Whitney Caudill I have since banned her from the page.

I tried to do this peacefully and fairly and have been relentlessly attacked by her and her members.

A few clients who were also victims of my delay during to my closure have since reached out to let me know about Whitney Caudill and her attempts to recruit the.

Yes I did under estimate and totally fail at the timeliness of the fulfillment but I stand firm in the fact I made things right for these ladies and they still wont stop.

This is the last post ill make about this because I have spoke my truth and my wrongs PUBLICLY

Closed for business
If I had your sample in my office you will either receive a refund or your jewelry.
Some ladies who would not stop harassing me received both a refund AND their jewelry (and have still not stop harassing me)

IF YOU NEVER SENT IN YOUR SAMPLE TO BE COMPLETED YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING A REFUND

I have given you plenty of time to mail your inclusions. Ladies who ordered 1, 2, 3 plus years ago are now harassing me for refunds because they either changes their minds or just never took the time to mail their inclusions.

This has not been an easy transition and I thank everyone who have been so kind and patient through this process.

Milk Charms has been in business since 2014 and I have had the pleasure of making thousands of special pieces and have had great customer service up until my closing earlier this year. It was alot to handle and I had very little time to dedicate towards it.

I am looking forward to closing this chapter and all the stress behind closing a business I once held so dear.

I would also like to say that the LAST PAID ORDER THAT I RECEIVED WAS ON JUNE 19TH,2025.
That order was also completed and shipped out.

The women that are "banning together" are very upset with my lack of communication this past year. I do apologize for the slowness in which I handled the ending of this business and the lack of communication I was offering to the few in progress orders I was responsible for.

HOWEVER they are implying that im taking money from people a d are assuming I have been taking orders and making money. I have not made a dime from milk charms since JUNE 19TH 2025
I have since been working a full-time job and making money to close my business. I have been refunding money and or completing orders also while trying to make money and take care of my family.

I dropped the ball for these women thats for sure, but in absolutely no way am I scamming people. I would not have been in business for over 10yrs if that was the case.

Thank you all very much. Seeing these comments I will walk away with my head held high
