🎀 JUST A GIRL… CONTINUING TO TRAIN FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH.

Except my weights look a little different. 😂💕

WE CAN-CER-VIVE. ❤️

And now… Karrie’s off to do all things BREAST CANCER. 🎀

As a SURVIVOR, October means more to me than I could ever put into words.

I do this in memory of my mom, my aunt, both of my grandmothers, and special friends near and far who have gone through it. 🥺❤️

I do it for everyone fighting today — and for a future where no one has to hear the words “you have cancer” or lose someone they love to this disease.

I’ll keep showing up, raising awareness, supporting the fight, and praying for the day there is a cure. 🎀

After one heck of a ride, I’m also taking October to decompress, travel when I’m able, spend time with family & friends, and take a little better care of myself. ❤️

BUT I’LL BE BACK IN EARLY NOVEMBER — AND I’M HOME THIS WINTER! ❄️⛓️‍💥

This year, home is where I need to be — closer to my doctors, getting stronger and giving my body the time it deserves.

And while I’m home, I want to make the most of it. ❤️

My first week back, I’ll be transforming One Link at a Time into a one-of-a-kind holiday experience. ✨

🔧 AND JUST LIKE THAT… GYPSY’S GARAGE IS CLOSED.

I don’t really have the words yet.

What started as a crazy little idea became something I will never forget.

You came. You wandered. You found the Easter eggs. You took the ridiculous pictures. You signed my bathroom wall. 😂 You talked Gilmore with me. You got linked. You laughed. You stayed awhile.

But more than anything — you showed up. ❤️

To every person who made that five-minute drive down Grand River, walked through my door and let me share this ridiculous little Garage with you…

Thank you.

I hope you felt what I wanted this place to be from the very beginning:

A place where everyone was a VIP.

No ticket.
No wristband.
Just a whole lot of heart. ❤️

I had so much fun meeting our fellow Gilmore lovers yesterday afternoon and evening, and I can’t wait to meet more of you today. ❤️

If you know, you know…

Gypsy always showed up for her community. She kept Stars Hollow moving, took care of her people and their cars, showed up at Town Meetings — and stayed out of everybody else’s drama.

So this morning, I’m doing what Gypsy would do…

MAKING MY ROUNDS. 🔧❤️

And one of my favorite ⚙️👄Motor Mouths is coming along for the ride. 👄

We’ll start at the early Town Meeting, and Gypsy may make a quick appearance at the Knit-a-Thon. 🧶 Probably not for long. 😂

She’d rather be at the movies 🍿 or back at the Garage.

🔧 A LITTLE NOTE FROM GYPSY…

More than one friend has told me, “I posted how awesome your shop is, and now I’m getting mean questions and comments asking if you’re part of Destination Starz Hollow.”

And I keep thinking…

WHY DOES THAT MATTER? ❤️

Supporting my little shop doesn’t take anything away from downtown. And enjoying everything happening on Main Street doesn’t mean you can’t drive five minutes down Grand River and discover something else.

Brighton is bigger than Main Street.

There are shops, restaurants, spas, yoga studios, Pilates, and yes—even a movie theater. 🎬😂 You already know where Gypsy stands on THAT one. 🧶

We are one big community. There is room for ALL of us.😊

So enjoy Main Street. Explore Brighton. Support the businesses you discover along the way.
