I, Ashley Strouth, also left copies of this paperwork, Showing the Witness Patrick Steven H### several different charges, Showing Patrick Steven H###, lied while under oath. Ashley Strouth printed off this paperwork, and left it with Defense lawyer Larry R D###xx Secretary Megan, back in August, one week after the trial. Defendant Michael Strouth’s, has been locked up in jail, Since August, and his lawyer Larry R D###xx, just filed for a retrial on January 17, 2024. Judge William K R###### also allows perjury in his courtroom since Ashley Strouth found out from a Senator of Tennessee, Judge William K R######, Defense lawyer Larry R D###xx, and District Attorney’s Matthew W. D###xx and District Attorney Amber D. M#########, All Knew about, Patrick Steven H###, testifying, Since they all have to be Notified BEFORE the trial. Defense lawyer Larry R D###xx, said nothing to the defendant Michael Strouth, about the witness, Patrick Steven H###, testifying before the trial, The District Attorney, Matthew W. D###xx states, We have a surprise tomorrow, and Defendant Michael Strouth, wasn't told about Patrick Steven H### testifying, Until defendant Michael Strouth’s, Half sister Crystal H###, Felt Guilty, and called him at the last minute and told him, when it was too late to do anything. Defendant Michael Strouth's half sister Crystal H### husband, Patrick Steven H###, was testifying against her half brother, Defendant Michael Strouth. So the Defendant Michael Strouth, Wasn’t able to defend himself, Due to the Corruption in this Court System. Even Now, Defendant Michael Strouth, asked Defense lawyer Larry R D###xx , for a copy of his trial transcript, Defense lawyer Larry R D###xx, Stated to Defendant Michael Strouth, The transcript for the trial during the week of August 14, 2023 is Not Available, Until this time next year, even though, the Defendant’s Michael Strouth's, mother in law, Mary S###x, went to the Clerk’s Office and was told she could have the transcript for $400 or $500 the Court Reporter of the case has the transcript at her house.
