I moved away from a life I loved to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren.

I knew why I was going. I just didn’t realize how much I’d grieve what I was leaving.

So I made myself a bracelet with the word LEGACY hidden in Morse code.

Not because I’d forgotten what mattered to me, but because some days the sadness gets louder than the reason.

It’s a little reminder of the life I’m building, even while I’m learning to let go of the one I knew.

Maybe you’ve had to leave something you loved to make room for something else you love. ❤️
