We care about layering history in our building, not demolishing and building parking lots and such. We don't build "from scratch" but change the buildings up and give them new life. Our renovated building is not used for retail and vacation rentals, layers upon layers of history and loving

Another year has passed us by,time seems to go much too quickly!
McClanahans has been blessed to have had another year in Bryson City. Our friends, family and guests have made this a very special year for us....thank you all!
We appreciate all each and everyone has done to promote and keep our doors open.
We are beginning our thank you Holiday Event a little early this year, 40% off storewide in McClanahans!

I have been told that Spring is finally here ,however this cold weather and torrential rains have me confused.
We are stocking McClanahans with all new Spring fashions ,jewelry and home decor, so we are definitely getting McClanahans ready for Spring 2017!
We also have a great amount of Sale merchandise that we would like to share with our loyal guests. All sale merchandise that is originally priced $10-$50, we have marked down to $10.00. Sale merchandise that was originally marked from $50.00-$100.00 is marked down to $20.00 and all sale items that were $100.00 and over will be priced at $30.00. Please come in early as these items will sell fast.There are some really nice items left.
We also have a nice stock of shoes that are marked down.
While you are browsing our sale items, browse our new Spring items, I think that this is our best Spring collection ever!
