A Heartfelt Thank You ❤️

After giving this a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to stop taking further orders and close my business for the time being.

The customized orders I currently have will be the last customized orders I’ll be accepting this year. I want to sincerely thank every single customer who has supported my small business, placed an order, shared my posts, recommended me to others, or simply cheered me on along the way. Your support has meant more to me than you know. ❤️

I honestly don’t know what the future holds, so this may not necessarily be goodbye forever. It’s possible that I may reopen at some point in the future. However, with the rising cost of materials and shipping and sales being down, it simply doesn’t make financial sense for me to continue operating, even on a limited scale, at this time.

I do still have some inventory that I’ll be using to put together pre-made Christmas items, and I’ll be posting those as they become available. 🎄

A few important things about these items:

* Shipping will NOT be available.

* Payment must be made in advance through PayPal or CashApp before I will arrange to meet for pickup.

* Weekday meetups will be available in Buckhannon after I get off work.

* I can also arrange to meet on a Saturday in Buckhannon when available.

I also want to mention that any gift card recipients from donations I have made to organizations, fundraisers, or special events will still be honored. ❤️

For now, I will also be keeping both the Facebook group and business page active. I’ll use them to post the remaining Christmas items and to share any updates if things change or I decide to reopen in the future.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to create for you and for supporting my small business over the years. I’m incredibly grateful for every order, every kind word, and every bit of support. ❤️

For now, I’m looking forward to finishing the orders I have and putting together some Christmas goodies with the inventory I have left.

📣 BUSINESS UPDATE — PLEASE READ

Moving forward, I will be operating on a very limited scale.

The items shown in the albums in my group Know by Heart are what I will be keeping available, as long as they remain available through the manufacturers. Please join the group and take a look through the albums before reaching out so you can see what is currently available. Items can be customized and some can be made in solid gold options or other options if you have a metal allergy. Diamond upgrades and natural gemstones are also available versus lab created ones.

I also want to explain why some changes are necessary. I already work a full-time job in home health, often outside of my home county of Upshur. While I’m working, I’m frequently in areas without adequate cell service, which makes it difficult to respond to messages in a timely manner.

I simply do not have the time to continuously screenshot and send pictures of what is readily available to potential clients. The albums will serve as the best resource for seeing what I currently have access to.

I will continue to provide free quotes, because I want to make ordering as easy as possible. However, if you have messaged me previously, requested a quote, and then repeatedly decided not to order after I have taken the time to put that quote together, I will begin implementing a consultation fee for future requests. This fee will be a minimum of $25 but may be greater depending on the number of items and level of customization requested. Consultation fee will be required to be paid in full prior to further communication on your requests.

My time is valuable, and I have to put boundaries in place in order to continue operating this business.

I truly love what I do and appreciate every single person who supports my small business. These changes are not about making things difficult—they are about creating a system that allows me to continue doing this while balancing my full-time career and personal life.

Going forward, boundaries will absolutely be placed and reinforced. I appreciate your understanding, your respect for my time, and especially those of you who continue to support my business. ❤️

Some memories are too precious to leave behind. 🤍

When we lose someone we love, we look for little pieces of them to hold onto — something tangible that makes them feel just a little closer.

For this custom memorial piece, I was entrusted with something incredibly meaningful: her beloved friend’s favorite wh***ey.

The wh***ey was carefully preserved and transformed into these beautiful stones, then I added a touch of gold glitter for a little extra shimmer. The result is the most gorgeous golden-amber color — warm, luminous, and completely unique. ✨

But to me, the beauty of this piece isn’t really in the color or the sparkle.

It’s in what it represents.

A favorite drink. A beloved friend. A lifetime of memories. A person who mattered deeply and whose absence is felt every day.

Grief can be incredibly hard to navigate. There are days when memories bring comfort and days when they bring tears. And sometimes, having something you can actually hold in your hands — something that carries a tiny piece of someone you’ve lost — can mean more than words ever could.

I feel incredibly fortunate that I get to create memorial pieces like this. Every piece is completely unique and customizable, just like the person being remembered. I get to take something meaningful and transform it into something that can be worn close to the heart, carried through life, and treasured for years to come.

Every so often, I hear that my prices are "too high," so I wanted to share a little perspective.
This sterling silver band ring with a birthstone option is priced at $125 + tax through my business. Recently, I found a very similar ring from a large online retailer priced at $440 + tax and shipping. And yes that’s the price the online retailer charges for similar style made out sterling silver.

This post isn't about bashing another business—that's why I've blocked out their name. Every company has different pricing structures, and that's okay. I simply want to highlight that affordable pricing and quality craftsmanship can absolutely go hand in hand.

When you purchase from me, you're getting a quality keepsake piece made with care, at a fraction of the cost of some larger retailers. You're also supporting a local small business, which means so much to me and to our community.
