Today was a delivery day!
A couple of mannequins had pointy hats before I left Unglued today & you'll have to see if you can find where the flying squirrel ends up. 🤓
I brought home a couple of gnome blocks to convert into bags before snow falls.

Ready for the Name Game?

I've been asked to write a pattern for this quilt I stitched this summer & it needs a name.

It started with the panel of chickens & letting those squares be the most interesting part of the project. - like they're on display. Each image has a slim frame with a color accent in a lower corner. The horizontal strips are scrappy, but don't need to be. The chicken panel is no longer available, so it won't be part of the printed program.
It would work well for a t-shirt quilt that doesn't have tons of shirts.

This pattern and fabric are currently available at Black Sheep Quilt Co in Detroit Lakes.

We''re hosting a class to make these pointy hats at Black Sheep Quilt Co. starting at 10 o'clock on Tuesday, October 6. The cost of the class is $25. You could plan to come with a friend & head out for lunch in your new hats. 🤓 I'll stick with you until you're finished.
Each hat takes a yard of fabric and a yard of fusible interfacing or fusible fleece. There is s a little hand sewing involved. You'll get to take the pattern home with you.
