🚨 SCAM ALERT: A few customers have called us asking about calls we have made, that we haven't. Our system has not been hacked and our phones are working properly. 🚨Scammers are using a trick called Phone Spoofing to manipulate caller IDs. They can make their calls appear as if they are coming from a trusted bank, a government agency, or even us😢 . Here is what you need to know to stay safe:🛑 Don't trust the Caller ID: Just because a name or number looks familiar does not mean it is legitimate.🤐 Never share personal info: We will NEVER ask for your PINs, passwords, or Social Security number. 🛑 Watch out for urgency: Scammers love to create panic or use high-pressure tactics to force you into making quick decisions.🛑 Never press buttons to "opt out": If an automated recording tells you to press a button to stop getting calls, just hang up. It is a trick to verify your line is active.💡 What to do instead:When in doubt, HANG UP! If you think the call might be real, call us back 719-269-7212.
