We are not officially done yet! Next week we have a Special Edition of Food Truck Fridays: the Last Hooray!
So join us at Riverside Park Sept 4th 4p-8p as we celebrate our very last Food Truck Fridays of the 2026 season. So lets go out with a bang. We have an amazing selection of food options, local vendors, plus music by the 56 Tornados and b**r tent.

The skirts of my tablecloths have a couple of small holes and some new stains. I'm debating making some kind of sign for the people that don't know me to indicate that things may not look perfect, but it all survived a nasty car wreck.

The most important people have been informed and Phoenix is unscathed. This afternoon he was on his way to my brother's house because they were going to go to a concert tonight. An older man ran his stop sign and T-boned Phoenix. He went off the road, rolled and landed on the driver's side. Again, Phoenix is completely unharmed. Unfortunately the car he loved so much is now totaled.
He works Food Truck Friday events and because I am a vendor there he transports some of my stuff for me. Other than the car there was very little loss of property, but there's enough stuff damaged that I won't be able to set up tomorrow night. He's still waiting to see how sore he is tomorrow before he decides if he's still working himself.

There are just a couple of events scheduled for the rest of the summer. All are Food Truck Friday events at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.

September 4 4-8 PM

Let's try this again, we only have 4 dates left in 2026. So lets hope the weather and such cooperates. This Friday we have an amazing lineup of food options, great food, awesome local vendors and a nonprofit near and dear to our hearts: Community Cat Crew. So if all goes as it should we hope to see everyone this Friday as we celebrate the last few dates of the season at Riverside Park.

The stormy weather kept me from Food Truck Friday this week, but I will be back in the park tomorrow for an all day food truck events! I used my unexpected "free" time to whip up these beauties
