Before and after. Our customer brought in her ring to upgrade the center diamond. She wanted to retain the halo while switching to a larger pear shaped diamond. Our jeweler removed the original head and crafted a new head to fit in place of the old while also adding a euro shank to keep it from tilting on her finger.
