History:
Andrea Rising established CIRCA~1900 in 2001 in downtown Chadron, Nebraska in the historic Mildred- Block Building, an old bank building, which dates back to 1912. The term Circa is frequently used in the art and antique world – meaning around or about, 1900 was added because the building was built around 1900. When you come to CIRCA~1900 you will find old fashioned service served in gen

erous amounts. The attention of many a visitor is captured not only because of the historic building in which it is located, but also because of the beautifully eclectic collection of antiques, finds, furnishings and custom picture framing that inspire people to turn their homes and lives into masterpieces for the museum of their souls. Custom Picture Framing:
At CIRCA~1900 we offer services in conservation and preservation framing and matting. We specialize in framing family heirlooms, photographs, paintings, and objects. Our goal is to fill your world with classic beautifully framed art and heirlooms. Local and Regional Artists:
Circa 1900~ Also showcases original artwork from local and regional artists. We are proud of the regions artistic heritage. We carry a wide range of art, from oil paintings to ledger art. Unique Finds:
We are proud to offer unique finds at Circa 1900. Antique inspired French Jewelry and Locally made hand-painted Silk Scarves are just to name a couple items. We are proud to offer finds you will not be able to acquire for miles.

Come join us for our final Art Night event of the Summer! It's this Friday from 5-8pm here at the gallery. We will be featuring new work by current artists and artists brand new to our gallery! Golden Arrow Bonsai will also be in the gallery showcasing bonsai native to the Black Hills! As always snacks and refreshments will be provided, and many of the artists will be in the gallery to talk about their work!
