That feeling of overwhelming exhaustion when you’re unable to start a new activity, or feeling like you have the flu on a regular basis…that’s fatigue. 😴😕 As you track lupus symptoms, it’s important to make notes about fatigue too. Here are a few questions you can ask yourself to monitor how fatigue is affecting you:
• Are you able to keep up with your daily routine?
• How often does fatigue hit, and how does it affect you?
• Is there a certain activity or event you want to do but fatigue is holding you back?

Your time; ear; skill set; sleepless nights; I got $5 on it (lol); whatever you need I’ll do my best; I don’t know but we’ll figure it out; I know someone; I can run an errand; I’m on my way; I won’t change as you succeed, I’m your cheerleader; push when she’s tired, wants to throw in the towel, sick....; I may not need, like or want your product or service but I’m telling everyone else (I’ve done this many times for others or bought something just to support someone to make their dream a reality), girl just tell me the price this is business, thoughts and prayers, unconditional love and friendship... The list goes on believe me. This is my experience and NOT up for debate. As a new entrepreneur this is what my true friends give each other. We show up for each other. It’s priceless. I love them so much for it... I give it back with no hesitation.

If you don’t want to show up empty handed... a visa gift card in the amount you choose would be great. It can be used anywhere for their business or self care. 😁 Sharing is caring. 😁🤗🥰

Who says Mondays are bad days. Not me today. 😁 Today was a great Monday. Especially after I checked the mail thanks to Frances Wilson]. I received my logo earrings. Now I can use them when clients host jewelry zoom parties, vendor events, out and about running errands and more. Customer Service was great and extremely fast shipping. My pleasure doing business with you. Thank you very much Frances Wilson] 😁🤗
