Marv's Place Marv's Place Marv's Place is a third (and a half) generation small business that started out as a pawn shop in 1974. You can now find us on Ebay.

Our shop was located at 223 West Lincolnway in Downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming for a little over 48 years. We were the oldest pawn shop in the city for quite a while, and were the original home of the FREE Terrible Coffee While You Wait. After much deliberation and discussion, we closed our physical store at the end of 2022, to continue our business as an online retailer. Unfortunately, as a result of

this change in venue, we are unable to continue to do loans or firearms sales. Our seller name is Pawnme. We sell a variety of new and pre-owned items, such as fine and fashion jewelry, video games, collectibles, tools, electronics, housewares, CD's, DVD's, and other wonderful stuff. We have 100% positive feedback rating, so you can be assured that items are as described and well packaged! We really miss seeing our customers face-to-face, and are planning to have a booth at a few fairs and festivals beginning in Summer 2023. We are still buying items as well. Our booth will feature a fun selection of children's books, beautiful artisan jewelry, western-themed bolos, as well as Navajo crafts (sand paintings, ornaments, dreamcatchers...). Dearest Customers ~

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you for the past 48 years! Much has changed over the course of nearly half a century... the internet was invented, cell phones have become an ubiquitous presence in our lives, and three-and-a-half generations of our family have manned this shop. That's a long time. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.

With much thought and consideration, we will permanently close our doors on December 31, 2022, in order to pursue new endeavors and opportunities.

This is, however, not a goodbye. While we may no longer be in this building, we are continuing our shop online. We consider it getting promoted to the world :) Our online store is located on Ebay.com, and our seller name is pawnme. We have a few things online at the moment, and will have more in the coming weeks and months.

On behalf of the entire Marv's Place family, it has truly been a pleasure meeting, knowing, and helping each one of you. We hope that you follow us on Ebay, and remember us fondly. Please stop in to say hi and/or goodbye before the end of the year, and browse our carefully curated collection of stuff and things.
