Let me tell you who I am and why I'm here...this is how my story began…
Five years ago, in a land far, far away, called Texas, my birth mom was abandoned by her owner. Pregnant, hungry, and afraid, she had nearly lost all hope, but fate led her to my human’s house. Me and my nine brothers and sisters were born just two weeks later, but we didn't have anything to worry about. We had food in our be
llies, warm beds at night, and days full of playful fun, but mostly, me, my siblings, and our mom, were loved dearly. We sure were a noisy, energetic bunch, but as cute as can be (I mean, look how cute I am now!?), so it's no surprise that my mom and siblings all quickly found wonderful new furever homes. Sometimes I miss them, but I am so happy knowing that they are happy too and I love my human mom so much! Two years later, my human dad was sent. I never knew my real dad, but my human dad loves me as if I were his own and I love him too! Soon after, our family of three moved here to Fairfield Bay. Now, I spend my days playing in the mountains and going on adventures. But sometimes I see others who don't have life so good. There are so many doggies out there (some almost as cute as I am!) that need a family to love them, so my human mom said that we are going to have special days where 10% of sales will be donated to the local animal shelter! See, I told you she was wonderful, didn't I?! I got so excited when she told me, that I had a little "accident"...but I just want all the doggies out there to be happy - just like me! She says I take after my big sister, Kim (not the "accident" part), who lives down in that place called Texas. I love it when she comes to visit me - she always brings my cousins to visit and she always has new, happy tails about doggies she recently rescued. She takes after my mom because she's always excited to help dogs in need.
