Cheryl Burchell has been passionate about jewelry design for more than four decades. Her exclusive designs can be found near the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. f northern Idaho during the early fur trading days. The French explorers’ name for them describes the “sharp” trading practices they found when dealing with the Shee-Schu-Umsh. Cheryl’s Heart Like an Awl® charm is her original design enterpretation of the French name Coeur d’Alene. Her creation has remained a favorite local jewel for 18+ years.
