Something really cool that happens in the jewelry industry is meeting lots of interesting people and the friends you make along the way.

Ten years ago we had a client seeking a rare large diamond. Our owner reached out in a jewelry forum and was introduced to Jason… an archaeologist-turned-dealer who specializes in diamonds and rare colored gems. After a phone call, he shipped us 3 options that fit the client’s criteria, we made the sale, and he became our primary contact for specialty diamonds and gems!

Through the years a friendship grew, FaceTime calls happened at the holidays, and Jenn and her husband and Jason and his wife all finally met face-to-face in NYC! Both couples have visited each other time and again; this year Jason and his wife came to Colorado.

It was a weekend filled with celebration and a visit to some our favorite places, including Casa Bonita and 21 Keys Escapes. More memories made, more business handled, and the start of another decade working together. Chances are if you’ve requested certain specifications on a diamond or rare colored gemstone; it came to Revolution through this long-standing friendship!

With their wedding day fast approaching, our client knew she wanted something custom designed to perfectly compliment her engagement ring— an RJW Exclusive originally chosen by her fiancé.

Featuring a delicate spiderweb design, floral appliqués, a rich green emerald center stone, and diamond accents, the ring already had plenty of character. To complete the set, we crafted two 14k white gold contour bands designed to follow every curve of the centerpiece.

The finished set adds just the right amount of sparkle while preserving everything she loved about the original design— a perfect finishing touch for the next chapter of their lives together!
