This client had repeated problems with her "dream ring" that had been purchased through a popular online seller. After 4 rounds of problems, she returned the ring. Then she came to us to figure out how to make what she wanted in a lasting design.

She had always wanted a shadow band to fit next to her engagement ring, but nothing fit quite right. She decided to bring some heirloom gold and diamonds to our studio to see if we could do all the things we say we can!

The yellow gold portion of her ring was entirely cast from heirloom metals, and all of the diamonds were pulled from rings she wasn't wearing as much as she would like. We helped her imagine a design that took all of her pieces and created one singular show-stopping ring!

He brought in his favorite ring when the stone came loose. We discovered the ring was stainless steel and the gem was secured with a wish and a prayer (and also had some big chips from years of wear).

Rather than trying to tighten the stone or (heaven forbid) secure it with super glue like some other jeweler had tried in the past... we recommended pulling the gem, repairing the damage, mimicking the design but building it with more protection. Now he can enjoy his ring for another 20 years knowing the gem is secure and set properly!
