Exchanges are accepted on merchandise that is in resellable condition only. We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise that HAS BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, ALTERED OR WASHED. We do not accept items that smell of Febreeze, perfume or any other distinct odor. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels attached to the shoe box. Damaged item claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours from the date the item was received. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Returned orders that bring the total below $150 will be charged $8 for shipping. We will deduct the $8 from your store credit if applicable. CANCELLATIONS
