**Road Closure Notice**

Saturday, October 17th at 6:15PM, Main St. will be closed from Ferry St. to 7th Ave. for the Light Up The Night parade.

If you are traveling through Anoka at this time, there will be MAJOR DELAYS! Traffic will be detoured to 7th Ave., Highway 10, and Ferry St. Alternate routes are highly recommended!

These little stuffed peppers feel like the kind of Halloween dinner kids remember years later. 🎃

Warm, cheesy, a little silly, and easy enough for a weeknight.
The filling is simple: seasoned turkey, rice, cottage cheese, salsa, and cheddar tucked into carved orange peppers, then baked until soft and melty.
