midweek post.
My name is Catherine, I go by this or Cate (Catherine Ann The Echo) 🖤
I am a transitional healer. A mer-fairy of transformation. I embrace the rainbow in the dark. Duality exists here, I respect and express balance through most of my creations. A lot of natural material, almost everything second hand and upcycled. I live in the forest by the seaside pulling inspiration from the nature surrounding us. Photography, and performance art are also some things brilliantly brewing in the ether, but I need to save for more equipment! Keep your eyeballs open, and minds curious.
This shop will be used for selling my art first and foremost. Eventually evolving into a full blown healing practice, that will take time.
I recently had to quit my job, and now I have the privilege to get back into what I really love. Accepting that my body will not allow me to work a "regular" job or find an "easily commodified to benefit societal rulers" type of career to fit into and actually be productive for...that's just something I'll have to transform to empower instead of limit.
I am doubled down in gratitude for another chance to find happiness in what work I do for others. Trying for not the first, nor the second, but the third time to really create security through what I enjoy. Your support, and encouragement means everything, as it's taking everything in me to put myself out there again.
