So quick rundown on how this works: First, I ship to USA and Canada only at this time. Next, we are now only allowing claims for the *new* pieces when I pick up the item and say what it is, and flip over the price. if you see something else you like from the older boards whose prices are already flipped over, just shout out the name or the number of the item you wish to claim. In either case, the first person on my screen to claim an item gets that item. Be patient and understanding, as what I see might look different than what you see. I try to be fair to everyone! If you see an item you’d like more information about or to see up close, just let me know and I’ll give you first dibs on that item as long as it’s price has already been flipped. We are no longer allowed to shout out numbers at the beginning of the show to get first dibs on them, as that is not fair to others. Thanks for understanding!
I accept PayPal only and invoices are due within 24 hours of receipt. I normally send invoices MONDAY afternoon. Again, I currently ship only to the USA and Canada. You will get ONE reminder on your invoice, and then it will be canceled and you will no longer be able to purchase from me. So please only claim items that you wish to buy. There are no refunds, all sales are final and I don’t allow “put backs”.
Also very important! Before you pay your invoice on PayPal, please make sure your shipping address is current! I can only ship to the address on PayPal, and I am not responsible for incorrect addresses. Having said that, if you are a new customer I normally double check. Additionally, it is your responsibility to inform me if you move and have a new address. I have shipping software I use to print labels and I need to know if you change your address. I am not responsible for lost items if you did not update your address or inform me of a change of address if you are a returning customer.
I offer repairs on my items only if it is a design flaw. If you break it, I’m sorry but I cannot replace it or offer repairs on that. Likewise, once the package leaves my hands it is in the hands of the usps and if a package is lost or stolen you will need to make a claim with them and/or make a police report. I am not responsible for stolen packages, so be careful out there as porch pirates are on the rise. If you are concerned about lost or stolen mail, please ask to add shipping insurance.
