Hello all, Happy Spooky Season 🎃 🦇

We are all really excited for fall around here! It’s been interesting to start off with, I’d say. 😂

We have these lovely lighted sphere stands! Ideal for spheres; but flat-bottomed stones like this adorable agate will also light up quite nicely! Just depends on the stone and its opaqueness ✨

I swooped these goodies up the last couple of gem shows!

Towards the back are large micro-macrame bracelets that I absolutely adore I picked up from a lovely couple at the New Orleans show. The rings in the front are pure silver coated copper rings — the look and feel of sterling silver without the sterling silver price tag 🤠 Sterling silver is about 92% silver whereas these are 99.9% pure silver. We sold out of the ones without the stones so I restocked with some of the older design along with new design and I just had to get these statement rings for you guys. Labradorite, silver sheen obsidian, A+ Jade, rhodochrosite, lapis, lepidolite, oh my!

From babies to puppies and everything in between, here is a compilation of 9 years vending the Magnolia State Gem and Mineral Show! This show was in Pascagoula but this is the 2nd year at their new location in Ocean Springs, MS 🤗

Our friend at Hands of Ember made this gorgeous hand-forged steel sickle we now have at the shop 😍 I think it’s the perfect accoutrement for this harvest season. The handle is made with pear wood, which the contradiction of light and dark, soft and hard makes for a striking combo not only physically but symbolically as well. Sickles are used for harvesting herbs, cutting cords, and even carving candles.

UPDATE: Nova has found a home!

This is Nova, she was abandoned this morning at 7am.

We don't know why Nova was left in a carrier in front of our building, but she is now getting the love and care she deserves. Even though she's scared she's been nothing but a loving sweetheart to all of our staff.

Nova is now up to date on her shots and preventative, she has tested negative on her combo test, and she's now microchipped. She was already spayed. We estimate her to be about 3 years old.
