✨Celestite✨🪽

A strontium solvate mineral that forms within certain geodes. Celestine crystallizes as small prismatic shards that are usually transparent. They’re very fragile, so be careful!!

This mineral was discovered in 1799 by A.G. Weber and named from the Latin word “coelestis “, meaning “celestial”. Most on the market today come from Madagascar!

Fun fact: the world’s largest known geode is a huge celestite geode! It measures at 35 feet in diameter. It was discovered in Ohio in the 1890’s, when winery workers were attempting to drill a well.

It can also become flammable when ground up into dust!

✨ Metaphysical properties ✨

Celestite is a very high vibrational stone. This mineral works towards activating the third eye and crown chakras, and bridging the two. Working with this stone will activate your unique psychic abilities, helping to understand messages at a higher energetic level. It may even make your dreams 💭 more vivid. The more you work with Celestite, the more control over your dreams you may have.

I often find myself staring at this thing for quite a long time. Watching all the fractals appear and disappear feels like a silly game 😂🥰💓 There is color in every direction. 🌈
