It is one of the few physical retail shops left to offer a "Sterling Silver Jewelry" focused experience. The phone service message contains answers to FAQs - so, LISTEN TO IT! If you already have a Repair or a Commission job in-house before 6/5/2022, your job will continue through to completion. As of 6/6/2022, there will be no more Repair or Custom jobs taken in. The Sterling Studio has Recycled and Fair Trade sources for metals and conflict free stones and now, "Russia Free Gold", and uses them where ever possible. If you have a jar of the silver jewelry cleaner that you bought from the Sterling Studio, you can get your old jar refilled as long as the the original labels are intact and legible - for 1$ less than the current selling price of a new jar - as long as supplies are available.
