This tragic accident happened near where I live. The loss of a child is a level of loss that is unimaginable. Our prayers for all involved in this complex accident. Also for the responders who helped. The impact on them is deep as well.

We are holding this family, their loved ones, and the entire community close during this unimaginable time.

As I drove my youngest to school this morning on highway 67, my heart was heavy knowing that there's a mom and dad who won't get to bring their 10-year-old to school anymore. Having gone through life-altering loss years ago and carrying grief with me everyday since, it's these little moments that will be missed the most. ❤️
