Many moons ago, Kinga Bledsoe gifted me this nifty face by Diane B--can't quite remember...
I fiddled with this face for ages. Built up the side, (these faces are hollow as my bead friends know) then I'd put it in the unfinished bin. Then I tinkered with shibori, put in bin.
Last year, before Christmas, inspiration struck. It was meant to be a wall piece. Specifically a gift for my sister Elizabeth Ogletree.
Once I got going, she was fun to create. Fun to grab the strange little cut glass dome I've had since I was about 12 and stick it one one of this lady's eyes. And fun knowing this lady would be loved, for Elizabeth loves weird faces.
I saw her on the wall and remembered I never shared her... So here she is.
