I am feeling so much love and gratitude this week! The gushy, smiley, tears in your eyes kind. So many beautiful moments to be thankful for. The party continues as we celebrate my first-born. The one who made me a mama. Double digits- plus ONE for my number one, Atticus Andrew! This little dude cracked my heart wide open from day one! He has brought me more joy than I have ever known. Our connection never ceases to amaze me and watching him grow into the wonderful human he is truly makes my heart burst!!! How lucky I am to call him mine.

Sending out ALL THE LOVE to today! It’s hard to believe we’ve been working together for five years!! My business has grown more in these five years than I could’ve ever imagined and it is absolutely because of your support! I couldn’t do it without you- and I would never have the courage to continue challenging myself if it weren’t for you! I feel so damn lucky to have you by my side!!! The gold and aquamarine love affair continues! If I could dive into a stone it would be this beauty! All the water vibes! I got as close as a Colorado girl can get on Horsetooth yesterday. It was exactly what my soul needed! I have been a water baby since I was a baby and it’s still my happy place. I truly believe most of life’s problems can be put into perspective in nature and cleansed by water. If you need me for the rest of the summer I will be doing exactly that!

“Be an artist,” they said. “It’ll be glamorous,” they said. Here I thought I’d just be making shiny, pretty things. I did NOT consent to staring in an unscripted, immersive water feature, y’all. I might appear to be smiling but there were some choice words running through my head as I packed up in the pouring rain after the show was called due to lightning. That said- I put on some dry clothes, grabbed dinner with dear friends, wandered a bit taking in some solo IC time and ended the night with kitty snuggles. All is right in the world again! Thanks for the memories, Iowa City! I loved seeing so many of you! Thank you for stopping by to see me and supporting my dream. It makes the soggy moments less painful!
