Recently, I had some great conversations with people saying that working with private clients all over the USA designing them fabulous fine jewelry through a remote design process is "crazy" and "impossible", and that "people only buy jewelry in stores".

Ummm, every piece we have made for the last 6 years has been done through our remote design process. Many pieces made 10+ years ago were also done through our remote design process.
