This is a friendly shipping update and reminder regarding recent delays with package deliveries. We understand that shipping delays can be frustrating, and we want to keep our customers informed and provide additional shipping options when available.
Although some packages are taking longer than expected to arrive, many are still reaching their destinations, just with extended delivery times. Unfortunately, packages may occasionally be delayed, misplaced, or lost during transit.
Please review the following shipping options:
📦 Standard Shipping Insurance
Your package already includes up to $100 in shipping insurance, subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
💰 Additional Shipping Insurance
If your order exceeds $100 in value and you would like additional protection, you may purchase extra insurance to cover the value of your order. The additional insurance cost will be the customer’s responsibility and must be requested before the package ships.
🚚 UPS Shipping Option
If you prefer to have your order shipped through UPS instead of our standard shipping method, this option is available upon request. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please understand that shipping delays are often beyond our control once a package has been handed over to the carrier. We will do our best to assist you with shipping concerns and provide available tracking information when needed.
This announcement is simply to keep everyone informed and to give you the opportunity to choose the shipping protection and delivery service that best meets your needs.
