These things sparkle so much and show way more color than diamonds.

Last April I made this cabachon from sodalite that I was really proud of.
Saturday I was admiring it and wondering what to do with it when I dropped it. (That wasn't one of the options I had originally considered)
A large chip broke off the corner and I couldn't find it.
I encased it in silver hoping to hide the chip. Its not totally hidden, but the silver does look kinda cool on it.

These babies all went to their new homes today...I'm going to miss them. 😬
