Announcement(and I'm not sugar coating this):
If you feel so inclined to no call no show after you have made an appointment at my salon, this will be the follow up text going out (a little heads up or notice you can't make it, goes a long long long ways with me) This will also be posted on all of my social media accounts.
I would like 24 hours notice, but that's not always ideal. As per usual: Canceled appointments will be on a case by case basis whether or not payment needs to be made to cover missed time.
No call no show, you get this now:
Hello, Stephanie here from Hologramhair Lounge ....I wanted to reach out regarding your missed appointment today. Unfortunately, as this was a no-call no-show appointment, our salon's policy requires full payment for the missed service before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Please remit payment within the next 7 days. If payment is not received within that time, we will be unable to book future appointments for you at the salon.
