Hmong American Leadership and Economic Development (HALED) are looking for participants for a research study to better understand the economic experiences and needs of aspiring and current Hmong American entrepreneurs in Wisconsin. This research will help to inform and shape local and statewide programs seeking to increase and support Hmong businesses; assist financial institutions in creating and providing culturally competent services, and empower Hmong Americans in Wisconsin to advocate for policies that address the economic needs of their community.
