Btrsweet/Time On My Hands One of a kind pieces of jewelry repurposed from rescued or recycled antique and vintage items. A broken piece of vintage jewelry is a treasure for me.

Most of my pieces are repurposed from rescued or recycled antique and vintage items. They start out life with me usually different from their intended original purpose. In some instances one single broken necklace will find pieces on many different brooches, bracelets or another necklace. I usually have no perceived idea of what a piece will look like when I start it, and mostly through trial and

error do I find pieces that go together after pawing and digging through literally thousands and thousands of items in my stash, or collection to put it nicely. I have my husband trained to keep his eye out at estate sales for pieces that I could use, and he has brought me some of the best items I have! Feel free to ask me what any item of mine I have for sale is repurposed from. I can usually remember. Right now anyway! Who is to say what I will remember down the road a ways! lol

One of my favorite things to repurpose are old tintype photos, CDVs and vintage black and white photos. I have taken special orders to repurpose a treasured family photo in a brooch or necklace. I also love my customers and offer a discount coupon to repeat customers to show my sincere appreciation for their support of my shop. I strive to keep the prices of my items in the very affordable range. I would rather have two or three people enjoying a piece of my jewelry at an affordable price rather than pricing one item to the equivalent of three.
