Some pieces feel less like they were made
and more like they were found.

Ocean-worn silver, glowing abalone, little treasures pulled from somewhere quiet.

19 days later.

A lot has changed.
A lot has hurt.
A lot has healed too.

I’m still processing all of it in real time, but one thing has become really clear:

Wild Fern is officially full time 🌿

Full story in the slides.

And as always, thank you for being here, supporting me and this dream!

It’s really all about the tiny details for me. The sentimental ones.

Jewelry has the power to carry emotion, memories, stories, and legacies. People have been creating it for centuries. Gifting it for centuries. Holding onto it for generations.

Go to your local art museum and look at what’s displayed. Jewelry and metalsmithing have existed forever. Tiny pieces of human history preserved in silver, gold, and stone.

And honestly, it feels surreal to think that maybe one day my pieces could exist that way too. Passed down through generations. Found years later in a thrift store, tucked away in someone’s jewelry box, or maybe even displayed somewhere as a reflection of this ancient craft and the stories we leave behind.

And sometimes, what makes a piece so meaningful comes down to one tiny detail. A stone gathered on an adventure. A fingerprint left in silver. A shape that reminds someone of home. A piece tied to love, grief, celebration, transition, or memory… or even a date stamped into metal.

That’s the kind of jewelry I’ll always want to create.

✨I’m curious… what piece of jewelry do you own that holds sentimental value or a story? Are you a collector too?

Sorry I didn’t get a preview up in time… it has truly been all work up until now. I’m still editing a few last-minute photos and putting finishing touches on everything, but the collection goes live VERY soon!!

I wanted to sneak peek a few more pieces I haven’t shown yet, especially these wax buildup pieces that I am completely obsessed with. This might genuinely become one of my favorite techniques to work with.

There’s something about how organic they feel… like little pieces of coral, shells, seafoam, or treasures washed ashore. Imperfect in the most beautiful way. They feel ancient, ocean-worn, emotional, and alive all at once, and they fit this collection so perfectly.

I think that’s what I’ve loved most about creating this collection. Every piece feels like it carries a mood, a memory, or a little piece of escapism inside of it. And after everything life has looked like lately, pouring myself into creating has meant more to me than I can explain.

So seriously… thank you for being here. Thank you for hyping me up, sharing my work, cheering me on, and helping me step into this new chapter of Wild Fern Jewelry full-time. I feel every bit of it.

Be ready, y’all 🌊🌿

And even if you don’t purchase anything, reposting, sharing, commenting, and interacting with my work truly goes such a long way for small businesses like mine. It means absolutely everything to me.

Doesn’t matter if it’s sitting in the shade or glowing in direct sunlight… this neck collar SHINES. But what really steals the show is that Ethiopian opal nestled between all the turquoise and variscite.

I know I teased this setting a long time ago with hopes of turning it into a ring, but once I started playing around with it, it felt a little too long and wonky on the finger. I had this neck collar sitting around waiting for the right piece, and the second I paired the two together, I completely fell in love.

It feels bold, ancient, ocean-worn… honestly like something a sea queen would wear.

And I think that’s what I love most about creating. Sometimes pieces sit for months waiting for the right story, the right feeling, the right moment to become what they were always meant to be. I pour so much emotion into this work, and this piece feels like transition, power, softness, escapism, and becoming all wrapped into one.

This collection was built during one of the biggest shifts in my life, and I think you can feel that in every single piece.

Tonight’s the big night, you guys!!
Even if you’re just planning to peek at the collection, don’t miss it.

Trying to show you all the goodies before tomorrow because there is SO much more coming… but these, I could not wait to share.

I’ve been playing around with wax buildup, and this is only the second time I’ve ever cast pieces made from wax. Holy sh*t you guys… I am HOOKED.

These little seafoam relics look like they were carved by the ocean itself, and paired with the timelessness of freshwater pearls? Chef’s kiss.

Every piece feels weathered, worn, and washed ashore in the best way, and honestly, I think this might just be the beginning of me exploring this style more.

Okay, now back to editing photos and finishing the last few pieces!!

Tomorrow, you guys!!
Hype it up!! Wild Fern Jewelry is back 🌊🌿
