Sharing a vulnerable chapter of your life can be so emotional. One minute you think your fine, writing it out, sharing it with anyone willing to listen...and the next minute you're a bucket of unexpected tears. Goodness I wasnt expecting to fall out like that.

In this moment I was speaking about a brokenness you can't visually see and how to be compassionate about the scars you can see, but equally toward people who are walking around with hidden scars, illness, bad days, heart breaks....the ones you cant see.
