Winter may be over in some parts of the country but its still holding on here in Alaska ❄️

We hit two new records this year, one being the longest streak of -40°f days in a row and now over 88" of snow fall! So of course I had to make some little snow flake pendants! ☃️

It's gonna take a minute to get them on the site so Dm if you want to scoop one up!

Unseen challenges: we only receive 3 hours of light in the winter here in Fairbanks. So, getting a photo in natural outdoor lighting can be difficult.
Made even more difficult by the fact this was taken in -30°F weather. Meaning it was a mad dash outside to set up and shoot this custom order.

However difficult, I keep my promises to always take pictures before shipping off your one of a kind creations.

Hudge, thank you to the lovely customer for her patience with me. These stones were cut by her late father some years ago. Boy, did he have an eye for it! It's an honor to get to create something so meaningful and special for you! Thank you! 💗

Do Not Forget What you are capable of!

It happens. We get used to our weekly cycle of work, cooking, and cleaning. Just maintaining balance. But you are capable of so much more than just those things.

In the last few months, I remembered what I was capable of. I may be older and feeling tired, but I'm still capable of doing so much. Like making jewelry that empowers and embolden you to feel alive in your skin. To feel like the magical lady you KNOW you are!

Our body's eb and flow but don't let your mind stray, you are capable of anything you put your mind to. ✨️

A mini update coming soon with a lot of magical things ❤️

Did you see the northern lights last night?

With the wild solar flares happening all across Northern America, now is as good a time as any to debue My new and signature necklace "Northern lights"

As many of you know, if you've been around since the Arkansas days. I pioneered making pendants that's were double-sided. Fast forward to today. I've created the perfect little Alaskan pedant. Inspired by the Aurora Borealis, this necklace is double-sided. Allowing both labradorite and moonstone to show off All its beauty and paint a scene for you of the Alaskan sky.

My new design will be available soon in two sizes and will be released in small batches to keep the highest quality available.

There is always more to come! Thank you for being here to see it! ❤️ -Lauryn

A very very important question for you!

So many Onyx and Garnet earrings are on my bench and on their way to you! However, I am considering bringing back the ouija pendant and ring that featured an Ethiopian opal.

Would you like to see this design again? And possibly brought back as an earring set, too?

Please let me know! If I'm lucky enough to get your feed back I order enough stones in time to make it happen 🤗

Sending all my spooky love, Lauryn of SMC

You're just small handful of spooky creations on the site just for you!

With metal prices being what they are, these are a heck of steal!

The next little batch of creations will be priced accordingly 🫣 but they will also be so magical and new! I cant wait to share what's I've been creating at the bench with you for what is probably my favorite holiday of the year!

Hint: blood and bats 🦇🩸

Would you wear this cuff?

Unfortunately its TO BIG FOR ME! That's okay, though, because this custom serpent cuff is off to its forever home. It was such an adventure to form each Serpent's movement. Intertwining and looping back to the gorgeous Royston Turquoise stone Luke selected!

Should I make more? What stones would you want to see in this design?

Some sensational snakiez for your eyeballs today!I'm so sorry to the snake adverse babes out there, but I will never get tired of the pattern and play that these devilish creatures inspire.

I'm hoping to share more butterfly, snake, and Halloween inspired creations soon! Just need to sit down and be still for a weekend 🤞🏼and stop baking. The baking takes a lot away from the jewelry these days 😅❤️ but I gotta feed my people!

Any who! How's your fall going?
