We’ve all had some rough years since the beginning of this decade. We’re hoping 2024 is the year we finally turn the corner. As 2023 ends, we want to thank the hundreds of hospitality professionals (from entry-level to C-Suite level) we have served during the past year.
At ORS Interactive, we are committed to helping people from the world over “earn” legitimate Food Safety Certifications and Hospitality Credentials. We do this through intensive, in-person instruction, remediation, and test-taking strategies. As many are increasingly aware, there are some unscrupulous players these days in the Food Safety Certification marketplace.
We’ve had numerous clients tell us they have been personally contacted by individuals who offer to “sell” them Food Protection Manager Certifications (without the ultimate recipients of the Certification ever taking an ANSI-accredited exam). We understand, and thankfully our clients understand, this is a very shortsighted approach which, in the near term, saves time for operators and eliminates the often-cited agony and stress of studying for a Food Safety Certification Exam. However, this type of shady circumvention holds potential for disastrous results in the future during kitchen inspections and increases legal liability for operators because “fraudulently certified” staff don’t know and practice the proper procedures and protocols to reduce the risk of foodborne illness outbreaks.
Let us help you and your team “earn” legitimate Food Safety Certifications. ORS Interactive has English-language Food Safety Exam Preparation Classes every Monday and Tuesday with Spanish-language Food Safety Exam Preparation Classes ever Wednesday and the Second Saturday of the Month at our facility in Falls Church (excepting National Holidays). We can also schedule on-site training and testing sessions at your facility, or simply administer and proctor Food Safety Certification Exam sessions for seasoned professionals who only need recertification.
