May at Pieced by Lane
May was full of movement, connection, and a little change of pace. We kicked off the month attending the Shiprock Half Marathon and celebrating graduates at a reception, then headed to Flagstaff, Arizona for the Mother's Day and Graduation Day Craft Show. These events gave us the opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and create a few more meaningful connections along the way. Having family together for Mother's Day made the month even more special.
As the month continued, school let out and our schedules shifted with the start of summer break. It has been an interesting transition—from busy days creating jewelry and preparing for events to slowing down a bit and spending more time outdoors with the kids. Whether it's creating at the bench or making memories in the dirt, we're embracing this season and all that comes with it.
