Sis, pause. Every thought that crosses your mind doesn’t deserve a permanent home. ❤️

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” — Proverbs 4:23 KJV ✝️

When worry gets loud, bring it to God. Remember a prayer He answered. Notice something you’re grateful for. Speak to yourself with the grace you give everybody else.

You can acknowledge what’s hard and still make room for hope. God is still at work. ✨

Ask God for the humility to apologize, the courage to speak honestly, and the patience to rebuild trust through changed actions.
