Announcement to our wonderful and loyal patrons.

Our people are incredible. David had to leave work unexpectedly Friday and was admitted for surgery. Surgery went very well and he is on the mend. We are so thankful for everyone who was and continues to be so understanding having to reschedule appointments and delayed work. Anna and I have been at his side since Sunday morning and he is healing wonderfully. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes.

Grace has been hard at work helping us stay on track with repair work. David will be in and out as he adjusts to coming back to work with very limited one-on-one interaction, so appointments may look a little different for the time being. If you had an appointment this week, I will be reaching out Tuesday/Wednesday to get you rescheduled.

If you have active work and haven’t been contacted, there is nothing to worry about, you’re on track for completion. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions.

Congratulations to the future Mr&Mrs Mellinger!

This one is a little extra special. Charlie is not only a local musician, but a former volunteer for Brittany's non-profit who has donated countless time back to helping people around him.

Charlie messaged us about a stone he was wanting to have cut from a friend of a friend who mined it. Pretty cool. We got the measurements and got to work on ideas that would best compliment the sapphire.

It could be flashy, it could be elaborately designed - but that's not Shayla and Charlie. No, the stone spoke loud enough on it's own. The shades of greens and blues within it, the sparkle - it was already perfect. We decided on an open base bezel to protect the sapphire and to make sure all the light would still be let in for the color to shine.

When Charlie left the gallery, another customer asked if he was getting engaged because of how "giddy" he was. I think Shayla's smile says it all.

They had the opportunity to travel to France for a different adventure, and of course the moment had to be taken for her to say Yes under the Eiffel Tower.

We are so happy for you two. Cheers to many years. And thank you for letting us be a small part of your story.✨

We often hear “ok, I have a crazy question.”

More times than not, we’ve heard crazier.

This customer brought in a chunk of sea glass she found on a beach in Southern California. She decided she didn’t want a traditional wedding ring and thought it would be cool to have the glass cut and mounted into a ring.

She came in not sure what to anticipate. We walked her through what it would look like now and what it would likely look like later if a different stone were to be set in the mounting.

She loved it and gave us the green light to begin.

Projects like these, we aren’t always sure on a timeline because things can happen out of our control and normal flow of things. Being able to have creative control is very important with projects like these, as the materials kind of do what they want to do and we work around them.

The ring was completed and she requested a photo be sent. Typically, we don’t send photos before pick up because that is the moment we live for when the client gets to see their project for the first time.

We sent the photo and her response was everything. “Omg is this an actual pic of the ring?!! It’s so pretty”

Helping people’s visions come to life is the heart that keeps us going. We love this work and every detail poured into it.

From precious stones to sea glass… there’s a solution to your vision more times than not. We’re so grateful to have been given the opportunity for this one.

Carmel-by-the-Sea… what a magical place to be.

Long before David Adams Fine Jewelry, David spent part of his early career apprenticing with Orlando Feriozzi of Feriozzi de Roma, tucked away in a quaint shop on a quiet street in Carmel, California. It was there that he focused on traditional European stone-setting techniques and developed skills that would influence his work for decades to come.

Last week, we had the opportunity to return to Carmel and revisit the little shop that played such an important role in David’s story.

Though Orlando Feriozzi has since passed, the memories came flooding back the moment David walked to the door. The wonderful associate at graciously welcomed us in and gave David the chance to reminisce—showing us where the shop and gallery once stood, how the cases were arranged, and where the work was done.

He remembered looking through the large back window down onto the patio of the , never knowing what familiar face or celebrity might wander into view.

There was something incredibly special about standing there all these years later, listening to David tell the stories of a younger version of himself learning his craft in Carmel.

Places change. People come and go. But the lessons, traditions, and memories we carry with us have a way of shaping everything that comes after.

A little piece of Carmel made its way to Fayetteville with David—and you can still see it in his work today.

A rare opportunity to own an original David Adams creation with a distinguished local provenance. This exceptional design was featured in the 2000 Fayetteville Fine Arts Festival as part of the award-winning collection that earned First Place in the Three-Dimensional Art category. Originally owned by a prominent local political figure, the piece reflects David Adams' enduring legacy of craftsmanship, artistry, and Northwest Arkansas history.

Hand forged in 18k & 22k Yellow gold, framed in with Palladium. All stones are bezel set with four diamonds, a Moonstone and a Purple Sodalite. Architecturally inspired and designed and crafted with love.
