In the back of your mind, as an artist, there is always a bit of doubt about how your work is received.

I so appreciated this affirmation. I hope you agree.

Fall may not officially be until the 22nd of September, but on our last big hike yesterday, Mother Nature treated us to some wonderful colors as we climbed up Deer Mountain. Enjoy!

Sometimes when you're hiking, you might face a tough climb or an exciting scramble up steep rocks and think, "What the heck am I doing?" But for me, it is always so worth it in the end!

We made it to beautiful Lake Helene and West Creek Falls over the past few days. We still have a few hikes on the list for this week; can't wait!
