Here's your hint: not every natural opal is colored the same way, and our gemologist reads each stone on its own terms. According to GIA, an opal's value comes down to play-of-color, intensity, and pattern. Ancient Greeks believed natural opal carried prophecy and protection, and it rates 5 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale, so we design it with care.

Sapphire season isn't over yet, and neither is the celebration. Every natural sapphire here is in our case right now, and each one has its own reason someone falls for it.

The oval halo shares its silhouette with the most famous sapphire engagement ring in the world, first worn by Princess Diana and now by Kate Middleton. September's birthstone is having a moment, and it's not just about the color you think.
