Have you ever seen a more exquisite color gradient? Nature just constantly blows my mind that this came out of the ground - in Nevada! This Blackjack turquoise is set with a simple pebble detail to balance the shape of the stone with a decorative hand-pressed ring band in sterling. The best part is this particular stone came in a cut pair so there’s a matching pendant too coming soon. No two stones are ever exactly alike so it’s entirely one of a kind 🖤

There’s something about Blackjack turquoise that I’m kinda obsessed with.. it’s like goth turquoise 🖤

This piece has a particularly interesting coloring - the turquoise has almost a watercolor or stained glass quality to it. This is probably the biggest statement ring I’ve ever made - it took me forever and I’m very proud 🥹 I made this back in January and then… life happened. Anyway it’s there now, go check it out!

This one I think is the fan favorite (it’s certainly my favorite) - introducing the bleeding heart pendant aka a delicious Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite ❤️ this one is a slightly edgy heart necklace perfect for the dark romantic on Valentine’s Day 😍 this necklace features a hand fabricated double bezel pendant in sterling silver with delicate floral accents and a textured back that kinda echos the stone. If nobody scoops it up I’m probably keeping it 🤭

I love me some deep rich purple. I’m starting to get into heart mode and made this one - it’s a heart but not a sweet one. This is one of a kind set in a heavy double walled bezel with flower patterning on the frame and bezel in sterling silver. The stone is a Dahlia Rose Violet which is a composite made with a dolomite stone similar to White Buffalo that’s dyed and mixed with a bronze matrix. It’s pretty spiffy if you ask me.

I tried something new this holiday season - I made a shawl pin for my mama. I made two actually, but the first one was more practical and less ornate/decorative. I’m pretty pleased with how this turned out - I added a nice purple labradorite to the pin stick (I don’t know what to call that LOL). The central decoration is an art nouveau dragon/gryphon(??) that I pressed using my hydraulic press and some silver sheet. Then I soldered it onto a large silver frame and slightly domed it so the pin could pass under the dragon and rest against the frame. All in all, a pretty solid first attempt at a shawl pin and my mama is happy!

Growing up in Louisiana, I was always mesmerized by the ornate ironwork in New Orleans – all those intricate gates and balconies that somehow made metal look like lace. That’s what I was channeling when I made this labradorite pendant.
The stone itself is like a tiny nebula – deep ocean blues that flash to electric teal with these subtle gold edges that only appear when you hit the right angle. Those black striations running through it remind me of the cracks in old stained glass windows.
The pendant is inspired by Gothic Revival jewelry – all those negative spaces and delicate cut-outs that were popular when people were really into dramatic architectural details in their jewelry. I hand-sawed every single flourish (my sawblades and I had some heated moments, not gonna lie). Finished with oxidized silver in the recesses – I wanted that contrast between dark and light that makes vintage pieces feel like they have stories to tell.
Sometimes a piece just comes together exactly how you envision it.

Okay so I’ve been absolutely MIA lately and I owe you guys an explanation – my day job has been absolutely WILD and I haven’t had the bandwidth to put together a full collection like I usually do. BUT. I’ve still been sneaking into the studio when I can (usually at weird hours with too much coffee) and I figured instead of making you wait for a whole collection drop, why not just add pieces to the site as I finish them?
Starting with THIS absolute beauty that I’m completely obsessed with.
This rainbow moonstone has been calling to me – it has these dramatic black tourmaline inclusions running through it with pastel pony rainbow pink inside it, and when you hit it with the right light? The whole stone lights up with this ethereal blue fire that photos honestly can’t even capture. I finally decided to lean into the drama with these decorative prongs that give it subtle fancy vibes.
The whole pendant is on a chunky sterling chain with a satisfying toggle clasp because we love a good weighty chain. I cut out the entire back so light can flow through the stone and hit those rainbow inclusions. 🌈
