If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn merchandise in resaleable condition back to us within 21 days of shipment date for merchandise credit only. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions to this policy. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Simply make sure that we receive your return WITHIN 21 days of the SHIPMENT DATE printed on your receipt or as stated in the UPS shipment tracking records. Please package your return in the original packaging and send it in a sturdy box or padded envelope. If you would like to keep the gift box, please return the jewelry in some other hard protective container. 4. INSURE INSURE INSURE your package!!! We cannot stress how important this is. Several customers' returns have been lost in the mail and unrecoverable due to lack of insurance or tracking information. We cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged. 5. Once we receive and process your order, we will send you information on your merchandise credit and how to redeem it to the email address that you provided to us when you ordered.
