Every watch has a story. It’s one of the things we love most about vintage watches here at The Watch Preserve.

Dials showcasing various stages of patina, cases with scratches from years of wear, physical totems of a lifetime of memories. But some — inexplicably — haven’t had their stories written yet.

He spotted us at Windup Watch Fair the day before, then stopped by our booth to talk watches. His uncle helped spark his interest in vintage, he’s a big Mike Nouveau fan, and Universal Genève is his favorite brand.

The fun coincidence? He started collecting at the same age Nik did.
