Ara Karkazian Watch & Jewelry Company was established in 1978 in Fresno, California when Ara Karkazian bought the business from George Karkazian. The store at the time was approximately 300 square feet and was primarily a repair store. In 1994 we expanded to accommodate the growing business we were experiencing, and finally we relocated to our current location in 2003. Ara Karkazian is a 1986 grad
uate of WOSTEP (watchmakers of Switzerland training and education program), in Neuchatel, Switzerland, and is certified to work on most Swiss timepieces and is a Gemoligist (GIA) and Accredited Jewelry Professional (GIA). On staff, we have two Master Watchmakers, two bench Jewelers, two Graduate Gemologists, combined together we are 100 years of experience. is a family operated business that has been successful in Fresno, California since 1978.
