Griffin Linens was started by Esteban Monsevais and Tracey Theobold and a vision, After a few years in the banquet/ catering field, both wanted to start a small company with a difference, creating elegant linens and backdrops for all occasions. The head table was placed on the dance floor, the main colour was black, muted with golds, pinks, creams. The room was set for 120 to 130 people, Esteban and Griffin Linens designed and set up the event, with ideas from the family.
