Goals
My goal in life is to be able to life comfortably. Not necessary be rich with lots of money because to me money isn’t everything. It’s all about family and friends really. But I want to be comfortable and be able to travel between two states to be able to spend time with all my 6 kids and 19 grandkids. And travel when I feel like it to visit family in other states and close friends I have developed through this business. Another goal in life I have is also to help people that are less fortunate where there is no help for. For example, most my friends know I’m almost deaf, I’m lost in a world between the hearing and the deaf, why? you ask, because even with hearing aids, I can’t hear well enough to communicate in the hearing world. But yet I’m not deaf enough to fit in the world that communicates through ASL. So at times I feel alone. My long term goal is to make enough money provide free services for those that can’t afford ASL classes. Speaking of feeling alone, that part of what lead to my severe depression among other things. Which in turn brought me to my business. It gave me something to focus on, gives me a reason to get up every morning. And the fact that I get to help women feel beautiful who other wise can’t afford that $100 or $50 jewelry from that famous jewelry store. After all it’s only $5.00 and looks just as beautiful.
Here’s a little explanation of one of my favorite quotes and famous part of nature.
It’s alright if storms are upon you, for they’ll teach you lots about how to sail your ship. Instead of hoping against hope for calm waters, it’s better to embrace the challenges life brings and learn how to handle them. Life is going to present you with a series of events and circumstances that may not be to your liking, and how you deal with them will determine what you get next. Once you learn how to sail your ship, you’ll be able to navigate future challenges even better, and recover more quickly.
