It’s a beautiful day in Gonzales to come out and enjoy the last day of the Bayou Boys Poke Bash going on at the PACE Center in Gonzales until 5pm.

The Lunch/Dinner menu will be served Monday-Saturday from 10:30am-9:00pm

Mr. Wally Tallion passed away this morning. Wally was “The Jambalaya Festival” for many years. He was always there when needed and never hesitated anytime a charity needed a Jambalaya cooked.

He was a friend and mentor to all and will be missed.

Rest in Peace, Mr. “Jambalaya”. Please keep the Tallion Family in your prayers.
