Good morning everyone!
Owner and Founder of Fitness Flair here, to spread awareness of our 2nd year in the support of the National Su***de Prevention Month.
💙 You Matter Collection by Fitness Flair
Because Every Life Deserves to Be Seen, Heard, and Held 💜
🗓️ September is National Su***de Prevention Month—a time to raise awareness, honor those we've lost, and support those who are still fighting. It's a month that reminds us how powerful connection, compassion, and conversation can be.
Fitness Flair is proud to launch the You Matter Collection—a deeply personal initiative born from pain, hope, and the unwavering belief that no one should ever feel invisible. This collection was created by our founder, who has bravely survived two su***de attempts herself. Her journey is a testament to resilience, and her mission is to help others know: you are not alone.
🫶 The Design Speaks Loudly
Each shirt is emblazoned with the powerful words:
"You matter, you're worthy and you have a purpose here."
A simple phrase. A profound truth. A reminder that even in the darkest moments, light exists—and so do people who care.
📞 Help Is Always Within Reach
If you or someone you love is struggling, please call or text 988, the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline available in Michigan and nationwide. Compassionate support is available 24/7.
💬 Why This Matters
This collection is for:
- Those who’ve lost someone and are still searching for peace.
- Those who are hurting and need to know they’re not alone.
- Those who want to wear hope on their sleeve—and share it with the world.
Every purchase helps raise awareness and opens conversations that save lives. Because healing begins when we speak, when we listen, and when we remind each other:
You matter. You're worthy. You have a purpose here.
