What is it???

It's a casting tree. When you have an 💡 and Zeke draws it in CAD, he then builds a 3D wax of that exact duplicate item. The wax is placed in a media platform that melts the wax leaving a vacancy of that exact shape to which Zeke will then fill with the alloyed metal...14k YG. Platinum, etc.

The result is a cast...a raw, unpolished piece which will then get cleaned up, perfected, polished and ready for setting.

In this case, he was making several duplicates of the same item. When you have many items you build a wax tree that results in a casting tree.
