On average, custom jewelry takes approximately 3–6 weeks depending on the piece from start to finish. As we head into the holiday season, increased demand, stone availability, special orders, and shipping can push those timelines even longer.

Carl has over **42 years of jewelry experience**, and when we say your jewelry is worked on *in-house*, we mean it.

Your pieces aren’t being shipped off to an unknown repair center. They’re staying right here at Wm Moore Jewelers, where Carl handles repairs, restorations, sizing, stone setting, custom work, and the tiny details that come with decades spent behind the bench. (Although there are a few exceptions!)

There’s something different about being able to walk into your local jeweler, talk directly with the person caring for your piece, and know exactly whose hands it’s in.
